Group B is one of the hardest in the tournament this time around especially for Australia, who have been pitted against the holders, Spain, 2010 runners up Netherlands and South American side Chile, who showed their credentials with a 2-0 win against England at Wembley. It’s widely expected that the top two teams will Spain and the Netherlands but Chile could surprise a few people with their style and strength.
Group B Runner Up Odds
Any of the teams, apart from probably Australia, could easily finish at least second. Spain, with their obvious pedigree and host of World Class players, are 1.2 to qualify with Bet365, the Netherlands, who have players such as Robin van Persie and Arjen Robben, are 1.62 with SkyBet and Chile, with Barcelona’s Alexis Sanchez are 2.1 to qualify with SkyBet.
Best Group B Bet
Spain will probably top the group and are 1.8 to do so with BetFred, however, the Netherlands finished bottom of their group in Euro 2012 and Chile will prove to be a hard team to beat. They’re unlikely to win the group but are good enough to finish second.
