Group G has been dubbed the Group of Death as it means one of the favourites, Brazil, Ivory Coast or Portugal will be heding home after three games. Brazil should be more than capable of winning the group and they are better odds than thought before the draw due to the difficult sides they must play.

The straight forecast in this group isn't nailed on but Brazil should come first and Ivory Coast should come second.
